GENERAL INFORMATION LORO PARQUE

Schedule
Our schedule is from Monday to Sunday between the hours of 09.30 – 17.30 with limited capacity.

Location of the Park
Loro Parque is located in the north of Tenerife, in the municipality of Puerto de la Cruz. The park’s entrances are well signposted from the highway. Address: Avda. Loro Parque s/n. 38400 Puerto de la Cruz. Phone: 922 373 841.

Travelling by car and parking
If you choose to use the private car, then take as reference the exit 32 or 36 from the highway A5 and follow the sign on the road. Once you arrive you will find a large private parking with a capacity for 225 cars. The parking fee is not included in the price.

Transport
•Train Loro Parque
Our yellow train, called Loro Parque Express, is a free pick-up service in Puerto de la Cruz. Its Schedule is each 20 min. , with round trips, starting its journey in the Plaza de los Reyes Católicos (city center) to Loro Parque.
From the Plaza de los Reyes Católicos:
First train 09:30 h
Last train 16:30 h
And from Loro Parque:
First train 10:15 h
Last train 17:30 h

Baby strollers and wheelchairs
Baby stroller can be rented in the Park at a price of 5 € per day. A deposit of 66 € or ID-Card is required, which will be returned upon delivery of the stroller.
Most of our attractions are accessible by wheelchair and are available free of charge. Just a deposit of 30 € or ID-Card is required, which will be returned upon delivery of the wheelchair. Previous reservation, we offer also electric wheelchairs for 15 € day, against prior deposit of 30 €, please contact at the phone 922373841 (ext.) 356 or 257.
