This adventure begins with a shore dive, where you’ll get professional diving gear and descend to a maximum depth of 10 meters for a 30-40 minute exploration. Throughout your submersion, a skilled instructor will guide and monitor you in a safe, controlled setting.

Your underwater adventure begins with a comprehensive 2-hour experience. First, your expert diving instructor will guide you through the essentials, covering diving equipment basics, underwater breathing techniques, and key communication signals. Once in the water, you can fully relax and enjoy the experience as your instructor takes care of all the technical aspects, including dive control, buoyancy, and air consumption.
This easy, relaxing dive will change how you see the world, both on land and in the water. You can do this alone, with a friend, or in a group. It’s a great way to spend time with people you know or make new friends.

WHAT IS REQUIRED:

• Minimum age: 8 (with tutors authorization)
• Don’t have breathing, heart, or ear problems. (If you have any of these problems, you have to bring us a medical certificate saying that you are SUITABLE to perform the activity)
• Don’t be pregnant.
• Do not take a plane or do any type of activity at altitude (paragliding, parachuting, going to the Teide) in the next 12 hours.
