Not Included:

  • Transport – Meeting point at Los Gigantes 30 minutes before the trip.
  • Snorkel and masks

Don't forget to bring your camera, sunscreen, a cap, a towel, swimsuit and suitable shoe-wear to be on-board.
Please note that if you’re not located in Los Gigantes, you need your own transport.

You can cancel your booking as long as it is made at least 24 hours in advance and we will refund 100% of the amount paid. If the cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours notice, it will mean the loss of 100% of the amount paid.

In the event that the activity is delayed, there will be no modification, as we respect the contracted time.
If the activity is cancelled due to weather conditions, the date and time will be changed. If you are unable to attend, the amount paid will be refunded.

You can change your booking at least 24 hours in advance, as long as there are still places available on the new chosen date.
