GENERAL INFORMATION SIAM PARK

Schedules
Siam Park is open 365 days a year. During the summer season (from May 1st to October 31st) the Park's opening times are from 10 am to 6 pm and in winter (from November 1st to April 30rd) the schedule is from 10 am. to 5:00 p.m.

Park Location
Siam Park is located in Costa Adeje in the south of Tenerife. The park is well signposted on the highway where you must take exits 28 and 29, above the Magma congress center and the Titsa terminal.

Transport
Siam Park operates a free bus service with pick-ups at Los Cristianos, Playa de las Americas and Costa Adeje.

•The service has stops at the following locations:

Adeje: CC El Duque, Fañabe Plaza, Ocean Park
Los Cristianos: CC Pasarela, Princesa Dácil
Las Américas: Aptos. Columbus, Best Tenerife Princess, Llanos de Troya

Car and parking
Take the exit 28 or 29 from the south highway. Then follow the signs "SIAM".

Wardrobe
There are locker rooms and showers in the Park.
Lockers and towels are available for rent. It will be necessary to leave a deposit for the collection, which will be returned upon delivery of the locker-key and/or towel.

Restaurants
There is a wide selection of 5 bars and restaurants.
You can choose from a wide selection of international dishes at our beach restaurant at the Beach Club, delicious Thai food at our Thai House, which is a restaurant with views over the meandering waters of the Mai Thai River or a variety of snacks to satisfy your appetite in our Floating market.

Sun beds and umbrellas
The hammocks and umbrellas are included in the Park entrance price. Their availability is limited and they are distributed as they are requested in Siam Beach, Koh Samui Island and Koh Chang Island

GENERAL INFORMATION LORO PARQUE

Schedule
Our schedule is from Monday to Sunday between the hours of 09.30 – 17.30 with limited capacity.
 
Location of the Park
Loro Parque is located in the north of Tenerife, in the municipality of Puerto de la Cruz. The park's entrances are well signposted from the highway. Address: Avda. Loro Parque s/n. 38400 Puerto de la Cruz. Phone: 922 373 841.

Travelling by car and parking
If you choose to use the private car, then take as reference the exit 32 or 36 from the highway A5 and follow the sign on the road. Once you arrive you will find a large private parking with a capacity for 225 cars.

Transport
•Train Loro Parque
Our yellow train, called Loro Parque Express, is a free pick-up service in Puerto de la Cruz. Its Schedule is each 20 min. , with round trips, starting its journey in the Plaza de los Reyes Católicos (city center) to Loro Parque.
From the Plaza de los Reyes Católicos:
First train 09:30 h    
Last train 16:30 h
And from Loro Parque:
First train 10:15 h    
Last train 17:30 h   

Baby strollers and wheelchairs
Baby stroller can be rented in the Park at a price of 5 € per day. A deposit of 45 € or ID-Card is required, which will be returned upon delivery of the stroller.
Most of our attractions are accessible by wheelchair and are available free of charge. Just a deposit of 30 € or ID-Card is required, which will be returned upon delivery of the wheelchair. Previous reservation, we offer also electric wheelchairs for 14.30 € day, against prior deposit of 45 €, please contact at the phone 922373841 (ext.) 356 or 257.
